This site gives you access to its server using which you can enhance your sap skills
Firstly this access is provided from http://www.consolut.com/,You can access any module and use it for practise or even for reporting,there are lot of tools for ABAP programmers on this site
If you are a consultant /Student and want to still improvise your skills you can use this site

Step 1 New User Request Page Click Here
follow the screen shot below
Enter a valid email ID ,and all the basic information

After you fill all the information you will receive a mail,
Server access will take few hours ,
you will be assigned a user id
The server resets every day and you need to request for a new password every 24 hours
